**The team you will be a part of**:
The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts.
Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.
**This role in summary**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Scope EU and National funding programs for research and development in manufacturing related topics
- Select and contribute to project proposal preparation in main European funding programs (Horizon Europe & EIT Manufacturing)
- Coordinate funded EU projects looking for resources in all EMEA interested functions
- Participate in R&D funded projects defining business use cases and technical scenarios in alignment with other company functions
- Facilitate the transfer of exploitable R&D project results to relevant company functions through project involvement and internal dissemination activities
- Master and keep up-to date competencies in European Research priorities and technology enablers:
**Minimum requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Project management experience
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Experience in industrial digitalization and automation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- WCM knowledge is a plus
- Fleuncy in Italian and English
