ResponsibilitiesAs part of Smart Engineering team, NTT DATA is looking for an R&D Engineering Process Owner with at least 1 year of experience. In particular, the selected resource will be employed in one or more of the following activities:Analysis of Customer engineering processes to suggest solutions and alternatives.Design and development of new engineering processes in compliance with target standards.Creation and management of workflows to satisfy Customer needs.Track issues within Jira tool.Creation of reports with KPIs management.Management of documents within Confluence tool.Administration of Jira and Confluence tools and management of users and projects.
