What you will do The R&D Deployment technician will support the execution of Raw Material and Product testing, Formulations (laboratory and Pilot batches), industrial sample making and product stabilities.
This role will support technical activities for regional projects linked to brand strategy with scientific rigor and commitment.
Key Responsibilities Comply and follow KENVUE procedures and guidelines, including those related to safety work practices and data management.Execute Laboratory batches formulation for screening testing.Execute GMP Laboratory and Pilot batches, including filling and labeling processes.Prepare documents and shipment of samples for GxP studies and Trade Samples.Execute physical chemical analyses and completion of dossier for release of experimental batches.Execute product accelerated stability studies on formulation prototypes.Laboratory and Warehouse management.Order raw materials, equipment, and consumables.Support cross-functional teams for project execution, with direct communication with scientists and project leaders.Help identify opportunities for improvement on related processes.Other duties Participate in cross-discipline or department discussions to enable the sharing of technical insights and help groups interact and explore adjacent fields as well as creating opportunities.What we are looking for Required Qualifications Technical diploma or higher degree.Desired Qualifications Initial understanding of formulated or engineered products is preferred.Cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical Lab experience is preferred.Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
