Global HRGlobal Finance, Procurement & ITGroup Legal & Corporate AffairsGlobal Communication & External RelationsTransformationGlobal Strategy, SV&S and Business Development Who we are looking for PurposeIn this role you will be part of a global team that plays an important role to provide the Chiesi Governance Bodies and senior management with reliable data, analyses and reports to support a correct decision making process and progress ahead for the company. We work every day with many different stakeholders within R&D and across the company, mixing our different backgrounds to elaborate long term projections of R&D timelines, costs and resources demand.
Main Activities- Support monthly reports elaboration for portfolio milestones tracking and clinical trials timelines
- Support R&D KPIs data collection, elaboration and final presentation preparation
- Support internal and external benchmark activities
- Support the elaboration of R&D timelines, costs and FTEs long term projections
- Support maintenance activities of the R&D Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management system (Planisware)
Education Degree in Economics or Business Economics or Management Engineering Languages Fluent written and spoken English. Experience abroad is a plus. Technical Skills- Basic knowledge of objectives and definitions of the use of Key performance indicators
- Basic knowledge of P&L and economic/financial indicators
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
- Basic knowledge of business cases and scenarios elaboration and economic evaluation
- Use of Microsoft Office applications (advanced use of Excel and Power Point in particular)
