R&D Corporate Chef
ABOUT THE JOB
The R&D Corporate Chef is a key figure within our company, co-responsible together with Development & Lab Team for improving our products performance. In addition to that, this figure supports the Corporate Chef team in promoting our products through demonstrations, showcasing the usage of Electrolux Professional Group solutions.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Conduct Cooking Tests in the LAB and lead the preparation phase including raw material preparation & purchase
- Actively collaborate with the R&D team to create and refine new proposals
- Proactively promote solutions & ideas to improve product Performance, reliability & ease of use for our customers
- Participation in New Product Creation:
- Conduct cooking demonstrations for clients, showcasing not only culinary skills but also in-depth knowledge about our products
- Provide crucial input on our products based on culinary experience to ensure the success of new products in the market
- Create Technical reports to secure an effective communication
- Effectively communicate the essence and quality of our products during presentations.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams & Corporate Chefs to develop visual materials and promotional content that showcase our solutions
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of Food Safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Basic English Knowledge; Fluency is a plus
- Availability: as soon as possible
- Contract: Permanent position
