In order to strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for an **R&D Controller.

For this role your mission will be:
- Monthly and quarterly closing of components development, including entry of Journal Entries
- Analysis of variances of actual values vs Forecast and Budget
- Active participation in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Control of the approved budget and approval of expenses
- Preparation of the closing and forecast reports
- Constant support to the reference Controller in the management of activities related to the component plan and funded projects
In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the Economy area and gained at least 3/4 years of experience in the field.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, thinking analytically and structured and demonstrating strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning) having to relate to various levels of the Technical Management
English and Italian at proficient level are required.
