What is your role? We're looking for R&D Chemical lab internship to join our R&D Chemical Lab team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Research Analysis Manager you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the R&D area.

Our largest business, Friction, develops next generation friction material that reduces noise vibration and harshness while improving safety and reliability.
Key responsibilities: Physical-chemical analysis of friction materials, interpretation of the resulting results and identification of any critical issues.
- Management of physical and chemical testing of friction materials
- Analysis of the results obtained and implementation of the necessary corrective actions in order to satisfy the Customers' requests
- Finding innovative solutions to the expected results of the material analyses tested
Applying and developing physical-test methodologieschemical materials related to brake pads and at the same time collaborating with universities or research centres to identify areas for improvement related to the characterisation of brake pads and their raw materials, the trainee will have the opportunity to understand the organization of a multinational production and the organizational structure of the Research and Development department.
