In the role as a R&D Graduate you will:
- Take part in different technology projects
- Plan and execute a joint project focused on innovation
- Learn more about the industry, our customers and partners

**What you'll need to succeed**:
We are looking for a team player who eagerly takes on new responsibilities and curiously seeks for improvements in the ways of working.
To succeed in this role the following is needed:
- PhD or MSc degree in a relevant technology field
- Electrical engineering Degree
- Energy engineering Degree (strongly recommended the Electric vehicle engineer specialization)
- High proficiency or fluent in Italian
- Great skills in written and verbal communication in English
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- Self-driven and proactive approach as well as being structured and analytical
- Interested in learning more about the industry, customers and strategy.
- Technology profile or interest towards one of the following areas:
- Electrification of Machines
- Automotive technologies
- Automation systems
