R&D Analytical Scientist

From our plant in Rovereto (Italy), we are searching for an Analytical Scientist for our R&D team who will develop new analytical methods and prepare reports, standards, and technical documents for R&D projects.
This role includes providing technical service and production support for the QC Lab, including documentation related to the validation stage.
Responsibilities: Develop new analytical methods and improve existing ones.
Develop tests and interpret results for R&D projects, technical service, and production support.
Prepare and execute experiments for R&D projects, technical service, and production support.
Analyze and interpret results, draw conclusions, and write technical reports.
Report results in notebooks and discuss findings with the direct manager.
Retrieve chemical literature using the SciFinder database.
Manage the equipment in the laboratory following GxP standards.
Provide scientific and documental support for new product launches, supervising the transfer from R&D laboratory to QC.
Participate in project teams and functional/x-functional discussions.
Comply fully with responsibilities and authorities on safety and quality.
Requirements: Master Degree (5-years degree) or PhD in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
Fluent in English.
At least 2 years of proven experience in developing methods of analysis for the production of Generics API, acquired in API companies that produce Generics API.
Knowledge of analytical techniques (LC-MS, HPLC, GC, DSC, NMR, XRPD).
Good practical laboratory skills.
