We are looking for an Accessories Product Marketing to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales Business Development and functionally to the Aftersales Marketing Coordinator . You will be responsible to enhance Accessory product offer through the appropriate marketing and communication tools, increasing the product portfolio awareness among Dealers and Final Customers in order to drive and lead sales performances.
You will:
Managing Accessories products portfolio to sustain entire life cycle for each range available Monitoring retail positioning, markets trend and competitors offer for Accessories products Defining business plan and strategy plan for Accessories business with the Aftersales Marketing Coordinator Market research to propose new accessories based on dealers and customers requirements Managing launch phase for New products activating available marketing and communication channels (global and local), including business case analysis Developing marketing & communication tools (B2B and B2C) to increase product awareness and sales efficiency Developing Sales & Promotions plan during each year to sustain Accessories target achievement Defining Pricing Strategy for Accessories in collaboration with Spare Parts Pricing Strategy Specialist Developing Accessories media plan, events and PR activities in collaboration with Aftersales Marketing & Communication Specialist Managing digital tools & IT projects (ex. Car Configurator, Loom etc) for Accessories related topics and areas Monitoring Sales performances for Accessories through Company tools in order to find countermeasures plan when necessary Plan & Monitor dedicated budget expenses to support Accessory business Supporting Regional Offices and Dealers' Network to activate local event and marketing programs (including participation to events, dealers' visits etc) Supporting Aftersales Supply Chain to forecast exceptional volume increase for Accessories Participating to Group meetings and projects to create synergies with the other brands for Accessories related topics About you University Degree in Economics and/or Marketing Passionate for cars and automotive Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Automotive, preferably in Accessories / Product Marketing area Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus Project management and target oriented Analysis skills and strong experience of main tools (SAP, Excel. Microstrategy.
