We are looking for an Accessories Product Marketing professional to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Aftersales Business Development and functionally to the Aftersales Marketing Coordinator.
You will be responsible for enhancing the Accessory product offer through appropriate marketing and communication tools, increasing product portfolio awareness among Dealers and Final Customers to drive and lead sales performances.
You will:
Manage Accessories products portfolio to sustain the entire life cycle for each range available.Monitor retail positioning, market trends, and competitor offers for Accessories products.Define business and strategy plans for Accessories business with the Aftersales Marketing Coordinator.Conduct market research to propose new accessories based on dealers' and customers' requirements.Manage launch phases for new products, activating available marketing and communication channels (global and local), including business case analysis.Develop marketing & communication tools (B2B and B2C) to increase product awareness and sales efficiency.Develop Sales & Promotions plans throughout the year to sustain Accessories target achievement.Define Pricing Strategy for Accessories in collaboration with Spare Parts Pricing Strategy Specialist.Develop Accessories media plans, events, and PR activities in collaboration with Aftersales Marketing & Communication Specialist.Manage digital tools & IT projects (e.g., Car Configurator, Loom, etc.) for Accessories-related topics and areas.Monitor Sales performances for Accessories through company tools to find countermeasures when necessary.Plan & monitor dedicated budget expenses to support Accessory business.Support Regional Offices and Dealers' Network to activate local events and marketing programs (including participation in events, dealers' visits, etc.).Support Aftersales Supply Chain to forecast exceptional volume increases for Accessories.Participate in Group meetings and projects to create synergies with other brands for Accessories-related topics.About you University Degree in Economics and/or Marketing.Passionate about cars and automotive.Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Automotive, preferably in Accessories/Product Marketing area.Fluent in English; Italian and German will be considered a plus.Project management and target-oriented.Analytical skills and strong experience with main tools (SAP, Excel, Microstrategy, Salesforce as a plus).Problem-solving attitude.Strong teamwork approach.Communication and relational skills.Availability to travel.What we offer Flexible working.Holistic Well-Being program.Parenthood program.Specific job posting for internal employees.Access to qualified Learning paths.Development programs.If you are interested in taking a new professional opportunity, please submit your application by the end of February 15th.
