You will oversee the daily operations of our QSR area within the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization.
Additionally, during the summer season, you will have the opportunity to lead the team in our outdoor restaurant, providing a unique and exciting challenge for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities :Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QSR team to ensure efficient and seamless operationsTrain, motivate, and lead staff members to provide outstanding customer serviceMonitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for daily operationsMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulationsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints in a timely and professional mannerAssist with staff scheduling and rotations to meet business demandsCollaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve operations and customer satisfactionMonitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performanceMinimum Requirements :Proven experience as a QSR Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulationsAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management practicesA passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standardsTHE PERKS OF BEING AN EATALIAN...40 hours contract.
