We are currently looking for a Consultant to join our team based in Milan.
For the Primary Market Research area, which conducts market research for Pharma Company clients, we are looking for a Quantitative Market Researcher .
The candidate will support senior consultants in the team for the following activities:
Definition of research design and methodology, target selection, and sampling plan.
Questionnaire design.
Analysis plan definition and implementation.
Understanding of results and identification of key insights.
Reporting and client presentation.
Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Social or Statistical Sciences.
At least 3 years of experience in market research companies or similar. Previous experience in quantitative market research in the healthcare area is highly desirable.
Fluent in English: spoken and written.
Excellent knowledge and ownership of Office suite, with specific reference to Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytic mindset and ability to manage quantitative databases.
Demonstrates critical thinking and excellent skills in data analysis and synthesis.
Skilled in both oral and written communication; strong ability in organization and teamwork; client focus.
