**QUALITY TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE**
For our Quality Team in **Milan** we are looking as of now for a Quality Trainee.
During your internship you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
**About the job**
You'll be part of the Quality Team and you will support actively the Superiority Project in order to guarantee and enhance the quality standard of our products.
You will have daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders such as, respectively, Marketing, Sales, PR, Supply Chain, Customers
You'll report to the Quality Manager.
In details, you'll be involved on:
- Update of the KPIs related to the monthly quality scorecard;
- Management of the Store check sessions;
- Animation of the Culture of Quality programm
About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
- Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
- Structured and analytical way of working;
- Relational skills and flexibility;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of main scientific databases will be a plus (Medline,...).
