**Group/division summary**
Pharmaceutical Services Group / Corporate Quality Systems
**Location/Division Specific Information**
The position will be based in Europe and will primarily support European sites on global quality deployments, focusing initially on SampleManager LIMSTM.
**How you will make an impact**:
As part of the PMO & Lab Excellence team in the Pharma Services Group, you will be responsible for providing project management and leadership for Global Quality programs.
Responsible for successful and efficient roll out of these global programs.
Will improve the efficiency and compliance at the site level, drive greater operational consistency among sites for our customers, and increase the efficiency, revenue and profitability of the Pharma Services Group.
**What will you do?

- Facilitates positive team member interactions and handles disagreements independently.
- Establishes/practices standard project reporting procedures (i.e.
minutes, agendas).
- Applies expert project management skills to projects, include developing and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and Gantt charts.
- Builds and maintains project timelines.
- Resolves project issues and resource constraints.
- Influences internal customers on project buy-in and execution.
- Plans, monitors and ensures deliverables and milestones are achieved on time.
- Facilitates positive team member interactions and handles conflict independently.
- Communicates project status to steering committees and site-based leadership.
- Engages sites globally and generates enthusiasm for project deployment.
- Works remotely, independently as part of a global virtual team, and travels with some regular frequency (up to 50%) for site deployment, workshops, training, and team meetings.
**How will you get here?

**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry.
Master's degree is an asset.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 8 years' previous experience within a laboratory and/or GMP manufacturing environment - pharmaceutical development, analysis, formulation development or manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects.
**Equivalency**:
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
Exceptional Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) and United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance knowledge.
Knowledge, experience and skills in operation and maintenance of a computerized systems in GXP environment.
Knowledge, experience and skills in management of analytical laboratories, corresponding workflows (sample management, etc.)
and management of SOPs.
Knowledge, experience, and skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Knowledge, experience and skills on design and administration of analytical and/or manufacturing computerized systems (CDS, Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) etc.).
Basic knowledge on IT and computer networks.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to twice per month for up to two weeks at a time.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
Proficient in Italian and English.
French and German speaking is an asset.
Proficient in group presentations.
Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
Ability to conduct training programs.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications & electronic project management tools.
Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
