This position reports into QS&Compliance Supervisor and is based in Pomezia.

**What You Will Do**
The **Quality System & Compliance Intern **will support the Supervisor in the following activities for:
ü Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as per GMPs, Kenvue Quality Standard Policies and Global, Regional and Local procedures.
- Prepare of Management Review process and internal Audit
ü Ensure audit and regulatory inspection readiness
- Ensure the appropriate training process in place for all people to carry out the activities and to fully cover their duties in order to be qualified.
ü Review and update internal SOPs for Q&C department
- Local Administrator of ComplianceWire system: assignment appropriate training profile in order to guarantee the qualification for all people in Pomezia Plant, issue of spefic training reports when needed
- ü Prepare the qualification process of indirect suppliers used by the site, respecting the Quality agreement.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Degree (pharmacy,chemicals, biology or related)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills
- Consumer & Customer obsessed and customer centric attitude + strong relationship builder
- You demonstrate a large sense of responsibility, and you maintain high quality standards
