**What you will do**
As a **Quality Supervisor **, you directly refer to the Plant Manager and a dotted line to our Global Quality supervisor.
**How you will do it**:
- Management and development of the **quality department and its staff**:
- Maintain and develop **Quality management system (QMS) **, Business processes and instructions
- **ISO9001 Auditor **qualified preferred, responsible of the preparation of the internal and external audits
- Training of the Management as well as Production Engineers and Technicians in the systems and quality tools such as **PFMEA, 8D, 5S **and other legal and applicable requirements
- Continues improvements, management review, Quality goals, KPI's, Monthly review
- Ensure Quality high performance in cooperation with our Global Quality supervisor
- Collaboration with sales, production, development, planning and warranty
- Communication with business partners, customers, notify bodies and suppliers
- Implementation of the **Total Quality principle **within the **Lean Manufacturing System **in the Corropoli plant, according to the Johnson Control Manufacturing systems and as part of the nine basic principles
- Collaboration with Engineering and Product Management to identify and to execute **LSS and VA/VE projects **, in order to deliver significant **Process Improvement **and **Cost Reduction **to the Business.
**What we look for**:
- Experience with **Quality assurance **work and knowledge
- **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering **, or related fields with a **minimum of 4 years experience **in R&D or in Manufacturing (preferably Electronic Industry) or either **Post-graduate Degree **, **with 3+ years **of experience.
- **Lean Manufacturing **experienced person, preferably a **Green Belt Lean/SS **certified or higher with the theoretical and practical expertise in all relevant Lean and Six-Sigma tools and methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of **ISO9001:2015, **auditor qualification preferred
- Knowledge and experience on how to work and create processes and Quality demands related to **CE marking, CPR **; trained in **IPC **electronic board assembly is preferred.
- Lean experience in **Operational **( **MFG/R&D **)
- **QRQC **experience is welcome
- **Proven Change Agent **, with demonstrated abilities and successes in influencing and in motivating at all levels of the organization
- Expert-level communication ( **presentation, verbal, written **) skills-set
- Strong analytical skills and high level of proficiency with **Minitab **or equivalent **Statistical package **.
- High level of proficiency with all Microsoft SW's (Project, Excel, Visio, PP )
- **Fluent English **language skills
- Effective Team working, customer oriented with a focus on results.
