Who are we looking for?
The Quality Specialist is directly responsible for quality control and handling customer complaints by organizing, planning, and managing work in this field.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Contribute to implementing and maintaining the relevant management system, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, directives, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Regular control of production processes, handling and administration of non-conformities, and continuous improvement approach in production processes with a focus on quality.
Incoming materials control, preparation of suppliers' nonconformities, and follow-up for corrective actions.
Support suppliers' quality audits and maintain close cooperation with purchasing departments, including exposure to regulatory inspections.
Assess efficiency, propose effective improvements to the RD manager, and keep the management system updated with relevant changes, working alongside other functions involved such as the internal auditing team.
Internal and external communication of quality management through regular feedback to local management and to the Group, if requested.
The ideal candidate must have: Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in technical studies (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the role and in a manufacturing environment and/or process improvement (preferably in HVAC business).
Good problem-solving and analytical approach; economics understanding and results-driven.
Team player and team builder with an understanding of cultural differences.
Personal responsibility for target achievements and delivering a passion for the role.
Excellent computer skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
