Quality Specialist This position reports to Global Quality Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.
Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems.
You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.
You will support the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the Italian local business.
You will act as point of reference for suppliers during the process audits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures, and for customers during visits/audits on the production plant.
You will manage non-conformity incidents, cooperating closely with other business functions and suppliers.
You will be responsible for managing all quality data accurately, using metrics to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as part of continuous improvement.

Qualifications for the role You enjoy working with quality control processes, methodologies, and knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
Ability to demonstrate your experience in manufacturing.
You are qualified in techniques for material analysis.
You have a goal-oriented and good interpersonal attitude.
You are captivated by the willingness to express your full potential, bringing in your value added, ideas, and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solutions.
Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electric Engineering.
Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
Legal authorization for future travel or work in the US or New Zealand.
