YOUR ROLE
Execute qualification plans for new products, packaging technology platforms, assembly processes, bill of material changes, and supplier qualifications as required.
Actively participate in the daily activities of the team (laboratory and office)
Use of the software tools for data analysis (DPVSF) and planning (ARELIS).
Check of the conditions for qual tests; Check and collect the data pre/post qual electrical testing.
Conduct life testing, applying stresses of high temperature, high humidity, or temperature cycling.
Document qualification results; Develop and write final qualification reports.
Work closely with other groups to understand reliability failures/issues
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
English language level A2 minimum.
Course of study in STEM or equivalent.
MS Office (power point, excel, outlook, word)
Master's Degree in nanotechnology, physics or mathematics
