About the client:Global company focused on luxury beauty products. Mission:This role will be based in Milan, with trips to the company's suppliers in Italy and abroad. It is a strategic role for new launches, ensuring compliance with Group quality standards within timelines, and for maintaining supervision of the ongoing product portfolio.

This role will be part of the Operations team and will report to the Senior Quality Manager. Supporting this function in claims management and in the preparation of quality KPIs, he/she will collaborate with Packaging Managers of each branch in the definition of standard methods.

Job description:Support to QM for the definition of quality standards at suppliers, mainly for new projects.Monitoring of the QC inspection at external warehouse.Claims recording into the company database and follow-up with QM.Monitoring and anticipation of legislative issues on packaging and related updates on our products, in collaboration with the Regulatory team.Requirements:Education in Chemical, Engineering, Statistics or other relevant fields.Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions.Knowledge of ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 22716) and statistical control methods.In-depth knowledge of the Office package.Fluent in English.Availability to travel.Flexibility and ability to interface with various internal and external interlocutors.
