**Partner with the best**
The Quality Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of a project meet the quality requirements in line with contractual obligations.
They will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to identify and manage risks, develop mitigation plans, and minimize defects.
The Quality Project Manager will also ensure that the project meets the needs and expectations of the customers.
As a Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements.
- Taking ownership of the project quality requirements to ensure effective execution for our customers, including all relevant KPI's.
- Issuing and updating the Inspection Activity Plan and coordinating inspections within Baker Hughes facilities and suppliers partnering with Baker Hughes appointed functions.
- Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships.
- Managing non-conformance, concessions and following up root causes analysis when required.
- Preparing and presenting quality performance reporting to stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree and proven experience within Project Management.
- Have proven additional experience in a Quality role within manufacturing or construction phases.
- Be a motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
