If Lean principles are part of your background and you want to put them into practice, if there is always data analysis behind the decisions you take and you would like to learn more about the Six Sigma method, this opportunity is for you!
As **Quality Project Leader** you will join the Quality operational team with the aim of working on projects for the optimization processes and products in the production department.
You will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
**Your main tasks are**:
- Map, redefine and monitor quality processes to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Explore and define synergies with the purchasing and aftermarket departments in the quality area.
- Define and monitor the CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality)
- Defining, monitoring and developing action plans aimed at improving quality KPIs and spreading the culture of quality in the company.
- Management of flows (information and materials) and 5S in the quality department
- Support structuring Audit on the finished product.
You will be supported by Manufacturing Manager Purchasing and Aftermarket Manager, but you'll also have room to work independently.

- Technical background - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Work experience in Quality
- Passion for continuous learning and Six Sigma
- Goal orientation and Problem solving attitude
- Logical, pragmatic and team player mentality
- Intellectual curiosity and an out-of-the-box approach
- Positive and proactive approach, empathy and resilience
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
