**Quality Operations Manager**

As the Quality Operations Manager in equipment quality area, you will be responsible for ensuring company products are in compliance with manufacturing specifications by managing and supervising a team of Quality Engineers.
You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineer Team to ensure that Six Sigma Methodology are implemented in production.
You will also spend time working to grow and develop talent, complete projects with cross functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**A Day in the Life**
We offer you a position where responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
- Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
- Leads implementation of global policies and procedures in alignment with global functions.
- Collaborates directly with operating entities and global functions to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.
- Leads audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits.
- Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (e.g.
Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly.
- Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally.
**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in the medical device industry, automotive or railways / regulated environments
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work in a matrix organization
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
**Nice to Haves**
- Working knowledge of Quality System Regulation (QSR 21 CFR 820), EU MDR, EU Medical Device Directive, and ISO 13485
- Experience with PCBA and electronic components
- ATE (automatic test equipment) test systems
- Experience in Oracle, SAP or Agile
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage complex projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operations quality KPIs
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Influence management skills: ability to work constructively across all functions/level of the organization as well as external customers
- People leadership experience a plus
- DRM GB/BB, PMP certification, CQE - Certified Quality Engineer
