About The Role
To strengthen our Quality at each stage of the finished product, we are looking for a Shoes & Fashion accessories Quality Manager based in Scandicci (FI), close to our Industrial teams (Development & Industrialisation) and manufacturers.
In this position, s/he will manage quality of materials and finished product during Pre-production/production and aftersales phases.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? For Shoes and Fashion Accessories (Bijoux, textile accessories etc.
), you'll be in charge of:
Quality Pre-production Participation in technical reviews - sdifettamento, risks analysis follow-up in collaboration with industrial department and suppliersFinished product tests coordination and Quality tolerances definition for productionQuality in production Masters/TDS validation in collaboration with Industrialisation teamIn-line Production processes approvalFirst pieces of production approvalQuality control planning and invoicingProduction batch releaseProduction quality KPIs (calculation, analysis, and report to Brand Management & suppliers)Continuous improvement of the quality processes at suppliers/manufacturersContinuous improvement and Aftersales Support to network before sales and After-sales claimsNetwork quality KPIs (calculation, analysis, and report to Brand Management & suppliers)Quality alerts managementSupport for After-sales projectsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 10+ years of experience in Shoes Technician roles with a focus on Quality Control/IndustrialisationTechnical knowledge of the main finished product components (leathers, fabrics, metal parts) for Elegant, Casual and Sneakers categoriesData driven and proactive approach striving for excellenceFluent in Italian and good English LevelGood command of Excel and PowerPointLeadership and Project Management skillsYou are an open-minded and positive person with a rigorous and organized approachAvailability to travel frequently in Europe (driving license if mandatory)What We Offer Learning & Development OpportunitiesFlexible entry timeWelfareTicket RestaurantCompany-promoted Wellbeing activitiesWe look for curious people, free spirited and determined, who want to be part of the Chloé Family.
