Quality Manager Railway Sector

Adecco Roma Financial Services researches, for a Leader Company of the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sector, a Quality Manager Railway Sector.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Program Management: Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance program for railway operations and maintenance.
Define quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and optimization, working closely with relevant departments to implement changes that enhance quality and efficiency.Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Stay up-to-date with railway regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and authorities to maintain all necessary certifications and approvals.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential quality and safety issues.Quality Inspections and Audits: Plan and execute regular quality inspections, audits, and reviews of railway operations, facilities, and equipment.
Create comprehensive reports and action plans to address identified issues.Quality Control: Plan, define, and execute quality control through suppliers or directly on products and components according to specifications, norms, and technical rules.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to railway personnel on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.Documentation and Reporting: Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality assurance activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Quality Management, or similar).
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Proven experience in quality assurance in the railway sector.In-depth knowledge of railway safety regulations and industry standards.English - level C1.Place of work: Rome - possibility of accommodation paid by the Company.Contractual framework: permanent contract - Senior Manager – Salary commensurate with the experiences and skills acquired.Disponibilità oraria: Full Time.
