Your Future
Manage and maintain the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and company policies.
Ensure adherence to pressure equipment regulations (PED Reg 2014/68/EU) and ASME standards and manage quality requirements for ship and offshore testing (e.g., DNV, RINA, LLOYD'S REGISTER).
Conduct regular audits to monitor the quality of products and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control instrumentation.
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies, and customers.
Analyze and manage internal, supplier, and customer non-conformities, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
Define and implement control plans for incoming and outgoing products and develop operational procedures.
Collaborate with the purchasing and technical departments to ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the supply chain.
Prepare and update quality documentation, continuously improving procedures and adapting them to evolving standards.
Lead the development and implementation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR), ensuring up-to-date records for all welders.
Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and AUA.
Your Potential
Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field (engineering, manufacturing, etc.).
Proven experience as a Process Quality Manager in an engineering or manufacturing company.
Extensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015, quality assurance principles, and environmental management practices.
Familiarity with welding processes and non-conformity management methodologies - desirable.
Experience in managing relationships with certification bodies and external auditors.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
