Your role & missionDirectly reporting to the Group Quality Leader based in France, the plant Quality Manager ensures that all internal processes meet the standards set by group policy, contributes to the correct management and improvement of the Quality Management System by promoting verification and control actions with the aim of improving the implementation of the procedures by all workers; the Quality Manager is also in charge of leading audits both internally and externally with or without the involvement of third parties. As a member of the managerial committee the Quality Manager will be brokering agreements with a diversified range of stakeholders.Your main responsibilities1) Manage the Quality System, including:supporting the process pilots with the continuous improvement of their processes;ensuring the QMS adequacy with respect to company objectives;preparing the management review with the process pilots for the Italian scope;verifying the compliance of all activities with the company policy, as well as the requirements outlined in the Quality Manual;2) Lead quality activities for products, including:develop, maintain, and improve the quality control plans for products manufactured in Italy;implement all necessary quality activities to ensure proper quality level of finished goods;implement the necessary quality records to ensure proper traceability of process and products;review the change requests and provide a decision on behalf of Quality;3) Lead continuous improvement and issue resolution, including:own the non-conformity process for the Italian scope and lead the regular NC reviews;ensure compliance of roles and responsibilities for employees involved in NC resolution;ensure efficiency of the corrective and preventive actions from the NCRs;4) Carry out internal audits and support external audits in McPhy5) Carry out supplier audits when necessary5) Develop quality culture in McPhy Italy, and encourage quality mindset.Your profile Technical degree.Italian language mandatory.English language fluency at a business level.Minimum 3 years of experience in the sector.Knowledge of UNI EN ISO : standards and major standards related to quality management systems.Knowledge of technical standards related to the sector.Qualification as a quality management systems auditor or specific training is a plus.Proficiency in PC use and major office automation applications.What we offer Full time position NLC: Industria metalmeccanica ed installazione di impiantiLevel: B3Remuneration: 40.-45. gross yearly salaryMBO: 10% of yearly gross retributionProfit sharing planLunch vouchers (5.29 per worked days)Public transit reimbursementFlexible working (40% remoteworking)eLearning platform Companys culture:Safety as a N°1 priorityInternational & dynamic environmentMulticultural & highly qualified teamInformal environmentStrong team spiritFlexible work model
