Quality Manager (M/F/D)

For our location San Giuliano Milanese we are looking for you as: Quality Manager (m/f/d) What challenges can you expect?
Guarantee quality oversight for the plants (S. Giuliano and Melegnano) and be the primary quality contact for plant customers; Maintain and report all department KPI's (External PPM report, Quality Issues, Scorecard, Scrap, etc.)
Track and reduce quality related costs; Oversee Quality Audit Processes across all layers; Represent the "Voice of the Customer" by coordinating, managing, and facilitating the activity of Quality Department across the Company; Prepare, manage and control the department budget that meets or exceeds plant goals and objectives;Coordinate a team of 5 people.
What do we expect from you?
Degree in Engineering; Min.
3 years of experience as supervisor in Quality department;Ability to read a drawing and critical interpretation of its requirements;Quality System tools experience preferred, i.e.
FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D.
CMM and related Metrology skills;Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; Availability to travel as required (above all Europe); English and Italian proficiency required (B2 minimum C1 preferred); Ability to influence, escalate issues and ideas, and persuade team and positively manage conflict.
