Azienda Our Client is an international company specialising in the food sector, focusing its activity on the production and distribution of nuts and mineral water.
Founded in the 20th century, it currently occupies a prominent position as one of the main producers of nuts and dried fruit in Europe.
In Italy, they had a local company that grew constantly over the following decades, expanding its product range, enlarging its geographic reach across continents, and widening its customer base.
Offerta Research and comprehension of international regulations and standards, including labeling requirements, food safety protocols, and other legal specifications applicable globally.
Implement QbD methodology in the Operational Quality System (Identification of CQAs and CPPs in the factory's processes), continuously improving the robustness of the production processes and the satisfaction of our customers.
Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company-specific quality guidelines.
Implement comprehensive inspection and testing protocols.
Participate in internal and external dialogues/audits for customer, supplier, product, and/or stakeholder.
Establish and maintain effective quality control systems.
Prepare and develop the area's budget in collaboration with other areas.
Manage relationships with food safety organizations, strategically aligning operations with specific requirements.
Lead and supervise the team, including recruiting, training, motivating staff, setting objectives and goals, providing training and development, and monitoring team performance to ensure optimal performance.
Competenze ed esperienza Experience in the role between 5-8 years.
Bachelor's Degree.
Certifications.
Customer orientation.
Fluent in English.
