As Quality Manager, you have responsibility and ownership of all Quality Assurance activities and initiatives across two manufacturing sites and the foundry.
To deliver effectively on these responsibilities, you will lead a team of 30, including those working in the Warranty team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
You'll be involved in the following tasks:
- Manage, implement and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with the reference standards.
- Promote the corporate Quality Culture - Supporting business processes in drafting and updating of QMS procedures.
- Promote communication and involvement of stakeholders inside and outside the company by promoting awareness and information regarding the QMS, opportunities for improvement and risk reduction - Supervise and coordinate the QA / QC / Supplier Quality teams in carrying out their activities - Collaborate in the selection, evaluation and monitoring of Flowserve's supplier network - Coordinate internal monitoring and measurement activities (inspections, audits, KPIs), identifying risks and implementing the appropriate actions according to compliance status - Report to the Management on the state of conformityof the QMS - Prepare analysis for Management Review - Identify training needs in the Quality area - Identify and assign the sources of information / advice in the quality field - Perform non-destructive tests (only qualified operators) - Support the After Sales team for the analysis of complaints received from customers, the identification of causes and resolution activities - Coordinate and manage audits of customers, third parties and certification societies What do you need for this job:
Technical degree Minimum 5 years of experience in QMS and related reference standards (ISO 9001 / API) At least 3 years of QA / QC directive experience in companies preferably in the Oil & Gas sector Fluent English Auditor Qualification Preferred Experience / Skills:
