Its mission will be to coordinate and ensure the quality of products, food safety, environment and customer service to guarantee service, competitiveness, specialization, satisfaction and growth, providing process reliability and safety.
Our Client is an international company specialising in the food sector, which focuses its activity on the production and distribution of nuts and mineral water. Founded in 20st century, it currently occupies a prominent position as one of the main producers of nuts and dried fruit in Europe. In Italy they had a local company that grew constantly over the following decades expanding its product range, enlarging its geographic reach across continents, and widening constantly its customer base.
Description Research and comprehension of international regulations and standards, including labeling requirements, food safety protocols, and other legal specifications applicable globallyImplement QbD methodology in the Operational Quality System (Identification of CQAs and CPPs in the factory's processes), continuously improving the robustness of the production processes and the satisfaction of our customers.
Monitor and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company-specific quality guidelines. Implement comprehensive inspection and testing protocols.Participating in internal and external dialogues/audits for customer, supplier, product and/or stakeholder.Establish and maintain effective quality control systemsPrepare and develop the area's budget in collaboration with other areasManage relationships with Food safety organizations, strategically aligning operations with specificLead and supervise the team. This includes recruiting, training and motivating staff, setting objectives and goals, providing training and development, and monitoring team performance to ensure optimal performance.Profile Experience in the role between 5-8 years.
