Position
You support our team as Quality Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Establish and maintain quality control processes across all departments. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical degree; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role. English fluent in spoken and written. In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Certification in quality management is desirable.
