Responsibilities:Use the appropriate level of authority and/or appropriate means to accomplish the following:Conduct follow-ups with suppliers on process non-conformances.Guide and supervise associates while using the appropriate level of authority and professional communication to ensure the group accomplishes annual goals and objectives, and the following Quality processes.Prioritize work for Quality Technicians based on ability to meet customer needs; assist in accomplishing work as demand requires.Manage customer complaints as entered by Customer Service or Category Management to determine final responsibility for corrective action.Coordinate activities and communications with other FNGP associates, divisions, groups, support functions.Manage Quality training activities as required for the Quality Technicians and other groups; ensure Technicians are cross trained to support all Quality processes.Manage & address associate concerns and expedite solutions; if required, escalate issues through management; conduct one-on-ones for regular performance feedback; assist in completing annual performance evaluations as required.Qualifications:GED or High School Diploma required, associate's degree desired.
Previous leadership preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Must exhibit strong communication skills, organizational skills, leadership, and supervisory skills.
Exhibit the use of problem-solving techniques.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to complete documentation accurately with basic math skills.
