Quality Investigation&Root Cause Analysis Specialist PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Quality Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Specialist , you will join our Operation Quality Methods & Support Corporate Staff Department, Cross Business Lines, conducting the following activities: Performing quality events investigations using cross-functional teams to interview witnesses, review procedures/regulations, gather timelines, and observe the scene.
Then, determining causal factors and recommending corrective/preventative actions; Conducting comprehensive case investigations, including analyzing transaction information, researching customer data, and examining open source information; Having a specific number of years of experience in Root Cause Analysis and a minimum number of investigations conducted as a member, leader, or facilitator; Assisting in the implementation of an effective risk management framework and monitoring systems, databases, information, processes, or procedures; Driving mechanical engine and warranty parts investigations and compiling written investigation reports.
QUALIFICATION: University degree in Engineering or Quality Management YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3/5 years SOFT SKILLS: Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams LOCATION: Milano, availability for international mobility #J-18808-Ljbffr
