**Position Summary**
In this role you will support the Quality Innovation & Renovation and Sensory Manager in the management of technical aspects at Contract-manufacturing sites, including compliance with Nestlé requirements, QA procedures, product recipes, technical acceptance, quality release and issue management.
**A day in the life of Quality I&R Specialist
**- Serve as the primary technical contact point between contract-manufacturers of the assigned product categories and key internal people, to drive project execution for technical aspects, in cooperation with Procurement
- Coordinate the collection and related evaluation of the technical information needed to build the Manufacturing Dossier of the products manufactured by third-parties
- Manage the packaging artworks approval with regards to quality-related aspects
- Cooperate in the setting and management of industrial trials and first productions at contract-manufacturers plants
- Perform the nutritional evaluation of the products under her/ his responsibility
- Manage quality consumer/ customers complaints of the assigned product categories
- Assess the compliance of all the quality-related aspects of products imported by Nestlé Affiliates
**What will make you successful**
- Scientific degree (food science, biology, chemistry, biochemistry,..)
- At least 2 years experience in quality and innovation roles in food industry
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- SAP Knowledge
- Analytical approach, results focus and initiative skills
- Able to work under pressure and to manage multiple and different tasks simultaneously, so to comply with product launch deadline
- Ability to communicate and interact with external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English languages
