Partner with the best As Quality Field Service Engineer you will coordinate and oversee work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer.
Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow-up activities.
You will provide the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
You will coordinate and direct the activities of service operators, as well as the clean-up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
Responsibilities: Performing minor / major maintenance of equipment following the Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures.
Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and Site Team to coordinate activities at the Customer Job Site.
Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes TPS Supervisor and promoting and maintaining good team relations.
Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all applicable processes and procedures.
Performing other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work.
Providing limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and / or installation in the Field.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will : Have at least two years of experience in the industry in the quality sector.
Hold a Technical Degree (preferred).
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
Have an excellent understanding of verbal and written English and Italian and hold an EU Passport.
Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.
