ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who will join the Quality team based in Sedico (BL).
The main target will be to develop KPIs, ensure product quality and implement quality policies.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Develop KPIs for monitoring product and process quality.
Organize, manage, coordinate, and supervise the work of cross-functional teams aimed at improving the quality of product-processes.
Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure product quality in accordance with reference regulations and company standards.
Train and develop personnel on quality practices.
Develop, implement and monitor quality policies and procedures.
Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Actively participate in the qualification and validation of products ensuring that all validation standards are met.
Lead the risk analysis and create a validation plan summarizing the results.
Manage and coordinate the quality control team within the plant (potential).
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components (potential).
PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Good scientific background, with a Master's Degree in Management Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
Having a deep knowledge of the office package, especially advanced Excel.
Project Management skills for high demanding projects related to the Quality world.
Knowledge of the regulations in force.
