The main scope of the Quality Department is both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). In the team, we support the creation of procedures, policies, instructions, standards, and records. In other words, we are responsible for delivering a product that meets all specifications. Within the scope of the Quality Department, we also handle the compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to the International Standards and resolution of customer concerns.
