About Enapter and what we do:

Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to monitor our products and processes ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?

Be the referent for Product Internal Quality, with a key focus on our core product, our AEM electrolyser

Maintain and improve quality procedures, quality control plans, OPL, etc

Support Quality Team Lead in analysing data and monitor KPIs related to the quality of product to ensure continuity of the production line

Analyse non-conforming deviations and propose containment and corrective actions

Continuously improve production related processes following the PDCA method

Actively participate and support FMEA sessions within a cross-functional team

Work with other cross-functional teams to facilitate problem solving techniques and ensure that the root cause of the event has been clearly defined

Audit systems to ensure they conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements

What do you need to help make our goals a reality?

First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it

Bachelor's degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent field

At least 1 year experience in the manufacturing field is preferred

Good knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 standards

Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel)

Risk-based approach and strong problem-solving skills

Keen to actively participate in creating added value to company processes

Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and departments

You are target and detail-oriented – getting things done quickly but effectively motivates you

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English

Strong document management and organisation skills

Tech savvy and keen to learn new software to make processes easier and quicker
