Your role We are looking for a Quality Engineer Intern to join our team.
Main responsibilities: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.Collaborate with production supervisors, operators, and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality standards.Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.Use advanced tools like Excel and other software (PowerBI) to create detailed reports and dashboards.Participate in cross-functional teams for innovation and improvement initiatives.Main requirements: Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data visualization).Proficiency in Power BI, with experience in building reports, dashboards, and visualizing data for decision-making.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.What's in it for you In EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
