About the role We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Altopascio facility, where we produce Tempo-branded products.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What you will do Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Follow up on preventive, corrective, and objective actions; validate quality incident investigations and implement measures.
Supplier & Product Validation: Support supplier qualification, new product validations, and engage in testing and market development.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Implement technical improvements, manage risk, and collaborate on change management for new projects.
Quality Certification Audits: Lead internal and external audits for Integrated Quality Management System certifications.
External Collaboration: Coordinate with external companies for services, orders, and material reception.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of quality investigations, audits, compliance, and improvements.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Certification in quality management is an advantage.
Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
