10,000 people on 4 continents guarantee activities ranging from engineering and construction to the operation maintenance of plants and pipelines.PositionFor our Quality Department based in Parma, we are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer.He/She reports to the Head of Quality (HOQ) for supporting the efficient functioning of the Quality Management System (QMS) at project and corporate levels.Duties and responsibilities:Track and review internal quality performance KPIs.Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.Contribute to the updating of the QMS and the creation of a set of Quality corporate standards for the benefit of projects.Support NCRs investigation identifying the proper methodology, ensuring the definition of corrections and corrective actions, and follow up until the close out.Support the Audit process as required by the HOQ directives.Support quality improvement initiatives by means of data analysis, presentations, and reporting.Assist in the training of personnel in relation to the QMS.Assist the quality team to ensure smooth start-up of projects by providing quality standards and company QMS training.Maintain the Document Management System Database related to quality in cooperation with the other responsible functions.RequirementsTechnical background (degree in engineering or similar);1-2 years of experience in the role;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Other informationPlace of work: Parma, available to travel.This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No.
