SUMMARY OF ROLE The role of a quality engineer is to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards, develop corrective measures, and implement quality control systems.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and implementing quality standards.Developing and implementing quality control systems.Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.Strong communication skills.ABOUT US Nidec Conversion is a $600M Business Unit of Nidec Corporation, a $18 Billion+ global company, headquartered in Milan (Italy) and footprint in more than 10 countries.
