With the current business growing focusing on B2B products, the successful candidate will assure that customers requirements (including applicable standards and regulations, customer audits, periodical reporting monitoring etc) will be properly implemented. Furthermore, about B2C products the person will apply quality engineering principles to achieve products that are developed and manufactured in accordance with Eggtronic policy, procedures, international standards and regulations. For both B2B and B2C products the candidate will be involved trough the whole product life cycle of products from prototypes until the industrialization phase through the whole phases (prototypes, EVT, DVT, PVT and MP) from the requirements setting, through the activities of verification and validation. Once in MP phase, for both B2B and B2C products, the candidate will be involved in the maintenance of quality records. The candidate will also be involved in case of design and process changes to implement for both B2B and B2C products for existing products and new development. He/She will maintain records, responding to RFQ/RFI documents from customers' and compliance bodies. He/She will provide support to the Quality Manager during audits (internal and by 3 compliance body) in term of documental and activities revisions within Eggtronic teams and trainings aiming to successfully pass the audits. He/She will provide continuous improvement initiatives and trainings to share the quality culture and principles within the organization.The ideal candidateTechnical KnowledgeKnowledge of Quality practices (Ishikawa diagrams, Control chart, Pareto Chart, 5 Why method, etc) and tools (i.E 8D Report for RCA investigation); Knowledge of applicable standards and regulation for electronic devices (i. e.to assure and maintain CE mark, etc) dedicated to the market countries; Experience of consumer electronic products and components ; Working knowledge of quality systems standards (i.E ISO 9001) and quality assurance processes and techniques; Risk Management FMEA (DFMEA and PFMEA) process to critically apply both to industrialization process and design issue analysis (to develop respectively with supplier and engineering team); IATF knowledge (nice to have)ExperienceMaster's Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering2+ years Experience in quality departments from biomedical, automotive, railway or similar sectors with basic experience in audits (internal and from 3rd party), mainly focused on ISO 9001 certification maintenance; Good knowledge of English (B1 or higher in reading)Certifications achieved about statistical and data management (i.E Green Belt, CRE) - nice to havePersonal attributesGood interpersonal skills and communication skills; Ability to work in a cross-functional team and in an international environmentOrganizational skillsProblem solving technique and autonomyResults- oriented m indsetProactive attitude aiming to efficently detect risks on processes and or on design, acting in a way to build and or improve them, both within the organization and with suppliers.Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will be responsible to assure proper documentation and execution of design planning, inputs and outputs, design review, verification and validation, FMEA (PFMEA and DFMEA) and design changes, by closely working with Engineering team in Italy and suppliers located in Asia.The ideal candidatewill track,periodically monitor and update (in case of change) the list ofapplicablestandards and regulations by assuring that they are implemented, where relevant to Eggtronic and their customers' (i.E to achieve and assureCE, UL, FCCwithspecial focus on EMC and Safetycompliance).The ideal candidate will be responsible to promote a continuous quality improvement culture within organization, especially with Engineering and Suppliers by through the application of dedicated quality tools and trainings.The ideal candidatewill be responsibleto ensure that Quality from Eggtronic and customers' procedures and best practices are applied in effective manner (including inputs and outputs, design review, verification and validation necessary to go to next phase EVT, DVT, PVT, Risk Management FMEA).
