Check for new claims Creating Jira tickets Filling all necessary information In both qWIN and SWS (field claim US and Germany market) and Panama (field claims except US and Germany market) Send out quality alerts when claims are received 8D team lead (create meeting, lead team forward for root cause analysis, corrective action and clean batches, delivery note etc.) Prepare and complete 8D reports Prepare customer presentations for weekly updates Join and lead customer meetings related to claims Prepare and host Customer Audits Keep Paynter chart up to date Update KPI monthly ops file What we expect from you MSC Mechanical Engineering Both Italian and English (spoken, written) Willing to be relocated worldwide The 5 basic principles of employeneurship A long-term working relationship Enjoy the security of a long-term contract and a stable source of income while getting the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
