Webasto Thermo & Comfort Italy, a subsidiary of Webasto, located in Molinella (BO), a company historically specialized in the design, manufacture and distribution of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for vehicles, with a view to strengthening its staff in Quality area, is looking for:
**Responsibilities**:
Represent quality function inside the project team and is the interface with the customer about the quality during the project development.
Establishes relations with the customer's organization, especially with the supplier quality organization Responsible for APQP according to project and customer requirements Cooperate with Manufacturing Engineer for the realization of PFMEA and the Process Control Plan, with the Lead Engineer for the realization of DFMEA as well as with the Testing Engineer for the definition of Validation Plans Ensures the achievement of project quality targets agreed internally and with the customer Manage quality issues occurring during the developmentphase (problem-solving activities during development) Promotes activities of lessons learned during development, manage PPAP process versus customer and perform process audits to validate production line (internal and together with the customer) Support for Supplier Quality function (suppliers PPAP and Audit at Suppliers) Promotes improvement activities (design/ drawing improvements, generic FMEA, critical characteristics definition,) Perform Functional Safety Audits according to ISO26262 as well as manage customer claims during the production phase for assigned projects/ customers (0-km and warranty) Requirements:
Master degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics) 3/4 years of experience in the role in structured electromechanical companies Knowledge of ISO26262 and IATF16949, of APQP, Process Audit (e.g.
VDA 6.3), PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and of automotive customers specific requirements Air conditioning products knowledge (preferred) Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-why,) Fluency in English Ability to negotiate internally and externally from the company, understand priorities and urgency, as well as be available for short terms travels in Italy and abroad Conditions:
