As the company's quality and food safety head, and in a continuously growing and innovative context, you will ensure that quality and food protection best practices are spread throughout the company.
Your ability to network, collaborate and convince both within the group and with your peers around the world, at all levels, will be as much essential as your technical capabilities.
In particular, you will:
- Be responsible for the Food Protection risk analysis.
- Support R&D and Manufacturing to ensure timely, effective and efficient product readiness in a customer-oriented approach.
- Maintain the Company Quality System at its highest standards and evolve in a continuous improvement vision.
- Manage, in close collaboration with the Procurement team, the supplier base for all quality related matters: qualification, non-conformity management, performance evaluation, sourcing activities,
- Lead your team to unleash their potential and develop your department.
Some pointers before you apply:
You have an academic background related to food technologies and ideally a Project Management certification.
You have a polyvalent professional background of at least 10 years, both in strategic and operational quality positions in various food sectors, during which you developed a unique expertise.
You have a proven track record of developing a department both in terms of procedures and People.
ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC/IFS, Food Protection have no secrets for you.
Of course, you are fluent both in Italian and English!
