**MISSION**
The Quality coordinator is responsible for the overall product quality of the Maison, from development to finished product (LLG, SLG, Belts)
During Development sampling phase, he/she follows the respect of the quality compliance of new raw/comp introduced in the collections and the correct fitting of the new products to the quality principles of the Maison.
During pre-production phase, he/she validates pilot series of all new raw/comp and finished products of the Maison.
During production he/she performs AQL or 100% (if needed) quality check on finished products at manufacturers (LLG, SLG, Belts), based on Maison requirements and specifications.
He/she provides quality guidelines to logistic portal operators to perform 100% quality check on finished products (LLG, SLG, Belts); he/she decides, together with Brand management, derogation, re-admission of outlet destination of initially declared defected products
He/she is responsible of quality data consistency in SAP (quality module).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Quality coordination during development and sampling phase (LLG, SLG, Belts)**
- Ensuring, with R&D manager, leather and metal experts, the full compliance of all new raw/comp introduced in the collections (lab test, Richemont guideline)
- Ensuring, with R&D manager, model makers and industrializations, the correct realization of new LLG, SLG and Belts idents, in accordance with quality specifications of the Maisons
- Perform all tests to guarantee full compliance and functionality for all new materials and new products
- **Pre-production phase (LLG, SLG, Belts)**
- Validate or reject pilot series of all new materials before bulk procurement, issuing correspondent quality reports
- Validate pilot series of all new products before bulk production, issuing correspondent quality reports and generating the master for manufacturers
- **Quality during production process (LLG, SLG, Belts)**
- Perform together with industrializations technicians, AQL quality check at manufacturers production lines
- Perform, when needed, 100% quality check on finished products at manufacturers
- Provides quality guideline to logistic portal operators to let them perform 100% quality checks on finished products, in line with Maison specifications
- Together with Brand management, derogate, re-admit or allocate to outlet, finished products initially declared not compliant by logistic portal
- **Quality data management**
- Maintain and manage quality parameters and guideline in SAP article master for quality module
- Manage and distribute on a regular base, suitable reports and KPI with quality performances of suppliers and manufacturers, to be shared with other Maison's functions
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 5 years of experience in Leather Products quality control
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
**PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Technical background in leather goods
- Confidence in quality KPI management
- SAP knowledge
