Quality and Safety are fundamental aspects in Civitanavi Systems' production processes. For this reason, we are looking for a Quality Control System to support the Quality Manager in managing the Quality System, ensuring the maintenance of the high quality standards that characterize Civitanavi Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
He/She will be in charge of:
System audit activities (internal audits) System audit activities (audits of qualified third-party suppliers) Management of the NC/AC system (issuance, formalization, follow-up and closure) Monitoring of supplier performance (Vendor Rating, e.g. on-time/on-quality) and related actions Internal 9100 training activities and assistance to Process Owners for process compliance with 9100 Support to QM for the management of QMS Documented Information (drafting, updating, etc.) Management of Continuous Improvement activities. Qualifications and Skills
Three-year degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, alternatively Higher Diploma in the technical field and adequate supplementary preparatory training, to be verified via CV (successful completion of courses approved for the aerospace industry, such as: EN9100 management systems, management of audit with reference to ISO 19011, EN9100 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training "AATT", etc.). Minimum experience in similar tasks for 2 years (professional experience with similar tasks in aerospace and defense organizations is preferred). Alternatively: work experience and audit experience in reference to the ISO 19011 standard minimum for 1 year, with minimum on-the-job training shadowing with internal senior officer for 9 months. Digital skills: knowledge of "office automation" packages. Use of SW tools PLM ENOVIA. Analytical, processing and drafting technical/operational documentation skills.
